Verionix Viewer,™ an ideal companion for Vx-2000 and Vx-3000 series sensors, gives immediate insight into the composition of process or gas distribution problems without tedious programming tasks. With its advanced capabilties for process development, control and diagnosis, Verionix Viewer distills sophisticated compositional data into simple "Go' or "No Go" signals, maximizing the productivity of tool and production personnel alike.
Installable on any recent vintage Windows-XP compatible computer, Verionix Viewer's easy-to-use graphical interface permits the display, recording and replay of real-time data generated by any Verionix gas composition sensor attached via an RS-232 serial port or ethernet network. Fingerprints of process conditions can be created and used to develop process scripts that can be downloaded into the sensor and run independently of Verionix Viewer to trigger alarms should the process or gas composition vary outside control boundaries.

- Simple Go or No-Go Signals
With its fingerprint comparison feature, Verionix Viewer provides "Go" or "No Go" signals whenever real-time gas chemistry deviates from gas composition fingerprints established by the user. Production and maintenance personnel no longer need to consult a expert to quickly assess the compositional condition of a process chamber or gas flow.
- Real-time Composition Identification
Verionix Viewer continuously monitors process chemistries and gas flows, comparing them in real-time with a library of user- defined composition fingerprints. This "sniff" feature helps identify the current compositional state of a process, speeding ttroubleshooting of gas supplies and processes by production personnel -- and boosting productivity
- Programmable Output Signaling
Verionix Viewer's easy to use scripting language distills complex process conditions into single number sor "On" or "Off" signals. Results are presented simply with Verionix Viewer's graphical display, or output on the sensor's Digital/Analog interface to help guide a supervisory control system.
- Compositionally-driven Data Logging and Analysis
Raw and distilled data collected in real-time from any Verionix sensor can be displayed and recorded for later review and analysis. Data collection and analysis can also be fully automatic, triggered by real-time changes in gas or process composition. The result: Verionix sensors can operate unattended, collecting only the data relevent to your particular process development or troubleshooting needs
- See any Verionix Sensor on your Ethernet Network
By design, Verionix Viewer can detect , configure and collect data from any Verionix sensor active on your TCP/IP network.
