Verionix gas sensors characterize the consistency of - and changes in - vaccum and atmospheric pressure processes through the real-time, in-situ detection of gas composition in the process environment.
Operating at pressures from 10 milliTorr to 15 psig without need for the auxiliary pumps or orifices required by more traditional methods, Verionix sensors accurately detect gas species that other methods can't, including Noble gases (such as Helium, Argon and Xenon), Diatomic gases (including N2, O2) and many corrosive species, including fluoride and chloride-based mixtures.
Two product families are offered for detecting changes in gas-based processe composition, along with a complement of field-replaceable sensor heads, reporting software and accessories to make their use easy.

Vx-3100 series sensors are ideal for measuring gas composition in subatmsopheric to above atmospheric pressure process environments from 1 Torr to 15 psig, (2 ATM).
Vx-2300 series sensors are are suited for lower pressure vacuum process environments from 10 milliTorr to 1 Torr.
